Included
Services of a professional Blue Badge Guide

Not Included
Entrance charges, meals or gratuities.  All incidental expenses should be settled directly.  Charges for extra services should be agreed at the time.

Confirmation
A deposit of 10% of the estimated total charges, plus deposits required by suppliers, will confirm the booking, with the balance payable no later than 28 days before services commence.

Payment
Payment will be in £ Sterling by electronic transfer with any charges paid at source.



Cancellation Charges

Notice received prior to commencement of services:

Up to 14 days: Full refund less non refundable payments to suppliers and other out of pocket expenses. Charges for services rendered and administration may apply.

13 to 8 days: Charges will include 50% of guiding services, non refundable payments to suppliers and out of pocket expenses.

7 days to 48 hours: Charges will include 75% of guiding services, non refundable payments to suppliers and out of pocket expenses.

After 48 hours: No refund on guiding services.  Further charges will include non-refundable payments to suppliers.  Cancellation insurance is recommended.


Responsibility

Baggage and all personal effects are carried entirely at the owner’s risk.
